This involves regular check-ups and tune-ups on your equipment and appliances to ensure all your systems are running correctly and efficiently. Choose the Package that is Right for You

Preferred

The Preferred Package is provided on all units with scheduled maintenance (contract not required). As a preferred customer, in addition to the quality preventative maintenance provided by our technicians on your scheduled equipment, you will have the benefit of First In-Line Service, which means you will be first in line if that item needs repaired.

Premium

The Premium Package includes all units under the premium contract. For any unit with this contract, a quarterly scheduled maintenance will be provided, along with unlimited labor and up to 12 free trip charges per year. Premium contract units will have all labor covered and the only cost will be parts. In addition to free labor and 12 free trip charges, you will have the benefit of First In-Line Service, which means you will be first in line if that unit needs repaired.

Exclusive

The Exclusive Package includes all units under the exclusive contract. For any unit with this contract, a quarterly scheduled maintenance will be provided, along with unlimited labor, unlimited trip charges, and unlimited parts (excluding motors or compressors above 1 horsepower). The Exclusive Contract units will be completely covered. Along with having the security of your equipment working, you will have the benefit of First In-Line Service, which means you will be first in line if that unit needs repaired.

To set up your Preventative Maintenance Contract contact a representative at (801)497-8127. An appointment will be set for a Service Manager to come an inspect your equipment. Your contract price will be dependent on the condition of your unit along with its age. Once an amount has been settled on, prepayment can be made monthly, quarterly, and yearly. If contract is paid on a quarterly or yearly basis a discount will be given.
