Start by gathering your supplies
These supplies should be all you need to clean your oven. You won’t want to use harsh chemicals that may get into your food. There are food safe cleaners which you can buy, but our list is simple and contains things you most likely already have in your house.
- Rubber gloves
- Scrubber Sponge
- Baking soda
- Warm water
- Metal bowl
- Vinegar
Instructions:
- Take a metal bowl and add 4 parts baking soda with one part water
- Mix it around until it makes a paste
- Using a rubber scraper or type of spoon, rub the paste inside the oven on the parts you want to clean
- Let it sit for about 30 minutes
- Take your scrubber sponge and dip it into undiluted vinegar
- Scrub off all the dirty parts of your oven
- Dip scrubber into vinegar before each scrub
- Finish up using a damp tall to clean out any left over dirt or grime
